Blade-wise, it has a plain edge and a fixed lock type, with a hardness ranging from 50-55 HRC. The overall length of the machete is 28 inches (71 cm), with a weight of 1 lb 8.8 oz (0.70 kg) and a blade length of 22.5 inches (57 cm).

The blade material is 1075 carbon steel, finished in black with a zinc phosphate coating. The blade is stamped with the "ONTARIO KNIFE U.S." logo, indicating its origin.
